Dan Nelson was a larger than life character who loved life and bringing out the best in others.  He attended school in Gahanna from elementary through high school.  During his time at Gahanna Lincoln High School, Dan was a soccer player, musician, photographer, journalist and most importantly, a good friend to many.  Although Dan has not been with us for some time, his memory and legacy continues to live on in the hearts of his family and friends.

The Dan Nelson Endowment Fund was created to create new learning opportunities for GLHS students and to support excellent programming.  Through this fund, Dan will continue to influence students for many years to come.
