 GLHS VIRTUAL JOB FAIR 

Are you working on a plan for after graduation?

First of all, congratulations on your high school graduation!  If you have not yet made a plan, you may want to consider "earning while you are learning".  There are some local businesses that are hiring and are looking to fill good-paying jobs that do not require 4-year degrees.  Some of these employers have programs to help their employees pursue certifications or college degrees.

The following employers have positions available and would love to speak with you!


Corna Kokosing is a Columbus-based construction company with 270 team members and growing.  This is the company that is building the new Lincoln Elementary School.

Ohio Means Jobs Virtual Job Fair is an opportunity to connect with businesses throughout Central Ohio that have available positions and are ready to hire.

CERTIFICATES FOR IN-DEMAND JOBS

Columbus State has identified 23 growing career fields and created certificate programs that are scholarship eligible. Earning a certificate is a great way to transition into a new career.

  • The programs include:  Nurse Aide, Supply Chain, Automotive, Manufacturing, Culinary Arts and much more....
  • The certificates can be covered by a scholarship for qualifying students.

The Ohio Means Jobs Career Services Center can provide one-on-on assistance with your job search, resume, LinkedIn profile, career counseling.  There may also be funding available for training to those who qualify.
